Six major product quality and safety control

1. Critical Control Point CCP1

Domestic raw materials need to have an animal quarantine certificate, and imported raw materials need to have: imported sanitary certificates and import certificates, which are included in the company’s \"List of Qualified Raw Material Suppliers\" and can be used as a key control point for CCP1

2. CCP2

Salt water preservation casing salinity (24±0.5) salt water immersion time ≥ 24 hours, as the key control point, namely CCP2

3. Epidemic prevention facilities

Rodent and fly prevention in all production areas; cleaning, disinfection and epidemic prevention facilities for hands, boots, tools, outer tubes, vehicles, etc.

4. Residue and moisture detection

All natural casings shall be tested for chloramphenicol and nitrofuran in accordance with EU regulations, and an animal health certificate will be issued by the Entry-Exit Inspection and Quarantine Bureau, together with other certificates;

5. Product traceability system throughout the process

The company strengthens the management and control of the traceability of products from raw materials to processing, storage and shipment:
From the use of raw materials, the use of cleaning guidelines, workshop production and processing guidelines, process specification cards, to the use of packaging identification cards, to the collection of information before shipment, ensure that the entire process is in a traceable state.

6. Staff training

The company attaches great importance to personnel training, hires consultants to train employees and managers, and organizes the implementation of EC178, EC852, EC853 and other EU regulations.
